Q: Are there minimum order requirements for custom products?

      A: Minimum order requirements will vary based on product type.

Q: Am I able to see a sample of my product?

      A: This is dependent on the type of product. If a sample is produced, a fee may apply.

Q: How quickly can I receive my order?

      A: The turn around time for your order will depend on product type and quantity.

Q: Am I able to use an image or sports team logo that I do not own?

      A: We will only accept images or logos that you own the rights to use.

Q: What is the cost of creating a custom product?

      A: The cost will depend on the product used and the quantity needed.

Q. What type of items are you able to customize?

     A.  We currently work in acrylic and metal to produce custom jewelry and accessories! At this time, we do not have the capability to produce apparel or promotional items such as t-shirts, hats, water bottles, etc.
